39-year-old female patient
Localisation: abdomen

Dermatoscopy: Asymmetric lesion with graduated and irregular edge. Pigmented globules and dots of varying brown colours. Light pigmentation in the centre. Some milia-like cysts.

Histology: Melanocytic junctional nevus with dysplasia, irregular junctional nests with hyperpigmentation and scattered melanophages.
